  FUN PLACE! We were hungry for some food and the bartender gave us a few other places we could get food at and eat at the bar we were. very convenient of her. The Dueling Piano players were awesome and played a wide majority of music.

  I used to enjoy this establishment and counted myself lucky to have many good nights here in KC. However, the last several times I have tried to enter the establishment I have been denied. I understand that the gentlemen at the door have a very difficult job, but there is no reason to be incredibly unwelcoming. For instance, the other night I readily presented my ID and offered to withdraw cash from the ATM next to the entrance to pay the cover. But the gentleman at the entrance not only refused to look at my ID, but refused to let me and my fellow patron in to the ATM to withdraw cash. I was then escorted off the premises unceremoniously. The entire encounter was without explanation. I understand that the gentlemen tasked with allowing entrance have a difficult job, but the unprofessional manner in which I was treated was not warranted. Please use this comment as a means of improvement as opposed to criticism.
