  They were out of smoothie mix and waited 5 minutes to inform me while a teen giggled behind the counter to her manager. After it was suggested they give me a free drink cupon with m y refund the manager said "no she doesn't need one". Not impressed with the customer service.

  I've been twice. The first time I went inside and they earned a 5* rating. They were great. Donuts came out quick, coffee and hot chocolate came out quick and hot - despite it being quite busy.
  
  The second time was this morning at the drive through. They earned a 1* rating. I had to repeat myself after every single item I ordered, despite getting louder and louder (thinking the problem was on my end) every item. Then, they still got the order incorrect. Luckily I was only charged for what they handed to me. It was a quite frustrating experience.

  Maybe 3rd time here. Previously they were out of donuts...this time they still had...donuts...HOWEVER not only did they get the order wrong, but they threw freshly frosted donuts into paper bags....face down. Really? Maybe instead of trying to be super-fast at the window they should do some quality control and consider what happens to freshly frosted donuts when you throw them in a paper bag....

  Cheaper than Starbucks. Was able to buy a large salted caramel hot chocolate for under $3. The muffin was also very good. The only complaint I have is I wish the Batista would have filled up my cup more
