  This place was just ok. Which is disappointing because the meal was a very thoughtful gift. I really looked forward to this meal but it was lacking. My steak was too charred and not very flavorful. I got the Oscar topping and there were bits of shell in it. My husband's porterhouse was also too charred and lacked flavor and he also found shells in his Oscar topping. The sides were all very good, we got the creamed spinach, lobster Mac and cheese and the loaded baked potato. They were all large enough to share and very tasty. The portions were a little small for the sides compared to the cost. It was all a little overpriced when you factor in the quality of the food. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

  WOW. While expensive, you get what you pay for. The steaks are absolutely top notch and the services is great. The use only USDA Prime cuts (the top 2% of all steaks) and they bring out several different cuts and explain what everything on the menu is and a little bit about it. My Kansas City Strip steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare and was beautifully marbled with almost no gristle or any connective tissue at all. I had an appetizer of calamari which was also perfect. It was probably the softest calamari I've ever had (many people think calamari is like eating rubber bands, and it is at most places). Not a place I would go on a daily basis but when celebrating any occasion or if I wanted to impress a date, it would be at the top of my list.
