  This was my first time here. The waiter seemed a little spaced-out and not exactly excited to be there. I got a pulled pork burger with waffle fries. The pork was a little dry, burger was alright, and I'm pretty sure they forgot the BBQ sauce. The fries were awesome. This plate comes with a little side cup of some sort of dip that I didn't even try because the "skin" on top of the dip was so thick that I couldn't dip anything into it, gross. It made me wonder how long my food was sitting around. I also found a hair in my fries. This was not a good first impression of this place for me. I'm open to trying their other locations, but won't be coming back to this one.

  It's 3pm. Tried calling for a pick up order. Was placed on hold, and 5 minutes goes by and no one picks up to take my order. Tried calling again, placed on hold again, and waited another 5 minutes. Still wasn't able to order to go. This is ridiculous. I'm always having problems with this location. The location in zona is so much better. They'll be receiving my money instead.

  Staff is friendly, and service is good. Food is typical "bar and grill" style. Pretty large portions on everything, so always something to eat for lunch the next day.
